About the Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in the daily running of the school by:

• Delivering pre-planned lessons in the absence of the regular class teacher.
• Managing classroom behavior to ensure a positive learning environment.
• Supporting students with their learning and maintaining focus on tasks.
• Working across various subjects, offering a dynamic and varied experience.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• At least 1 month of experience working in a secondary school or with children and young people.
• A DBS on the update service.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students and staff.

Pay

This position offers a daily rate of £110 to £120 per day, depending on experience.
