As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining the continuity of learning when teachers are absent. You will manage the classroom, deliver pre-prepared lessons, and ensure students remain focused and engaged. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of a teacher.
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure that students complete their work to the best of their ability.
• Manage classroom behavior in line with school policies and promote a positive learning environment.
• Provide support and assistance to students as required.
• Work closely with teaching staff and other Cover Supervisors to ensure a smooth running of the school day.
