Location: Bognor Regis, West Sussex
Salary: £105 to £115 per day
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Contract Type: Temporary, Term Time Only (plus INSET days)
Start Date: ASAP

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and reliable Cover Supervisor to join our client secondary school in Bognor Regis on a full-time, temporary basis. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining the continuity of education in the absence of regular teaching staff. You will supervise classes, ensuring students remain engaged, and provide support as they complete pre-set work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage classrooms during teacher absences, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and activities as provided by the absent teacher.
• Maintain discipline and manage student behavior in accordance with school policies.
• Provide support and guidance to students as they work on set tasks, fostering a supportive atmosphere.
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all students during class time.
• Assist with additional administrative tasks and contribute to the wider school community as required.
