Position Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic teacher to join our client college in Brighton and deliver BTEC Business courses to students. As a full-time member of staff, you will have the opportunity to inspire and motivate students, helping them to achieve their academic goals and prepare for their future careers. This role is ideal for experienced teachers looking for a new challenge or professionals with relevant industry experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and informative lessons in BTEC Business, covering a range of topics and modules.
• Support students in understanding key concepts, theories, and practical applications relevant to the business sector.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning and development.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student participation and success.
• Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the overall success of the business department.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Relevant teaching qualifications and experience are essential.
• Experience teaching BTEC Business or related subjects at college level is highly desirable.
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for business and enterprise.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
