The Role:

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a crucial role in supporting students who may be facing behavioral challenges. You’ll work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to provide tailored support, helping students develop positive behaviors and coping strategies. Your role will involve one-on-one mentoring, group sessions, and collaboration with staff to create a supportive learning environment for all students.

Requirements:

  • Must have a DBS on the Update Service.
  • A minimum of 6 weeks’ experience working with children and young people.
  • A strong understanding of behavior management strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine desire to support students in overcoming challenges and achieving success.
