  • Foster positive relationships and encourage personal growth in students.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and pastoral teams to create a nurturing and structured environment.
  • Support students in developing social skills, resilience, and self-confidence.
  • Encourage participation in sports and outdoor activities, as these are particularly popular with our students.
  • Attend weekly training on Tuesdays to enhance professional development.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience working in SEMH or SEND settings, youth work, mental health support, or other challenging environments.
  • A resilient and proactive approach to behaviour management.
  • A background in sports, coaching, or outdoor education is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a sense of humour!
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and build trusting relationships.

Why Join Us?

Supportive and dynamic team dedicated to transforming young lives.
Ongoing training and professional development to help you thrive.
Opportunities for career progression within a specialist school setting.
A meaningful and rewarding role where you can truly make a difference.
