Are you passionate about supporting students and helping them reach their full potential? Our client secondary school in Crawley is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor for a long-term position starting in September/October 2024.

About the Role:

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a crucial role in supporting students to overcome barriers to learning and promoting positive behavior. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Working with students on a one-on-one or small group basis to address behavioral issues.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve student behavior and engagement.
  • Collaborating with teachers and support staff to create and maintain a positive learning environment.
  • Monitoring and reporting on student progress and behavior.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in students’ lives and have a strong understanding of behavior management techniques.
