Job Description: Teaching Assistant – Secondary Special Needs School near Burgess Hill

Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Location: Near Burgess Hill
Pay: £97 per day
Contract: Temp-to-perm
Start Date: ASAP or January

We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Teaching Assistant to join a secondary special needs school just outside of Burgess Hill. This rewarding role involves supporting students with autism, helping them to reach their full potential in a supportive and structured environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to secondary-aged students with autism, fostering their academic, social, and emotional development.
  • Assist with classroom activities, adapting resources to meet individual needs and learning styles.
  • Work closely with a highly supportive team to deliver engaging and accessible lessons.
