Aspiring Teacher/Cover Supervisor – Bognor Regis (Full-Time, Immediate Start)

The Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Take responsibility for supervising classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain on task with pre-set work.
• Maintain order and classroom discipline, following the school’s behaviour management policies.
• Support students in completing their work, providing guidance where needed and ensuring a positive learning environment.
• Assist with the general supervision of students during non-classroom time, such as lunch or breaks.

This role is perfect for graduates with experience working with young people and is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience before pursuing a teaching qualification.

Requirements:

• A valid DBS on the update service is essential.
• Up-to-date safeguarding training is required.
• Proven experience working with children or young people (e.g., in schools, youth groups, sports coaching, etc.).
• Strong communication skills and a passion for working in an educational setting.

Pay Rate:

• £110 per day, depending on experience.

Start Date:

• ASAP – Immediate start available for the right candidate.
