About Us: Pink Tile Education, in collaboration with a welcoming primary school in Littlehampton, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on a pupil’s learning journey.

Position Overview: As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will be working with a pupil with specific SEND needs and requirements. The role involves providing dedicated support on a one-to-one basis, fostering a supportive learning environment to enhance the pupil’s educational experience. This position is part-time, covering five mornings a week (Monday to Friday).

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with a pupil with particular SEND needs and requirements.
• Provide individualized support to enhance the pupil’s learning experience.
• Follow guidance from the school’s SEND team and collaborate effectively.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for the pupil.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 6 weeks of experience working with children and young people.
• Ability to work independently and follow guidance from the school’s SEND team.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to making a positive impact on a pupil’s learning journey.
