Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated individual looking to make a real difference in a child’s education? Our client school in Crawley is looking for a passionate 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join their team on a part-time basis!

Position: 1:1 Teaching Assistant
Location: Crawley
Contract: Part-Time (3 days per week)
Pay Rate: £84 per day
Duration: Temporary role, starting towards the end of September 2024

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with a Year 4 pupil, providing one-on-one support to enhance their learning experience. You will be responsible for supporting the pupil’s academic progress, as well as their social and emotional development, under the guidance of the class teacher and the school’s SENCO team. What We Are Looking For:

• A caring, patient, and enthusiastic individual with a passion for supporting children.
• Previous experience working with children, particularly in a 1:1 capacity, is desirable but not essential.
• Must have a current DBS on the Update Service.
• Up-to-date safeguarding training is required.
