Join a progressive secondary school in Crawley as a Behaviour Support Assistant this September. This role is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills who can support students in managing their behaviour, engaging in learning, and growing in confidence.
Working both in the classroom and within the school’s behaviour hub, you’ll help make a real difference to students who may have had barriers to learning. Full training and team support provided.
