Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff

• Managing classroom behaviour in line with the school’s policy

• Ensuring that students remain on task and complete set work

• Providing support where needed and reporting back on progress

Requirements:

• A genuine interest in working with young people

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Confidence in managing a classroom environment

• A valid DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one

• Previous school experience is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided
