Our client, a vibrant and inclusive school in Crawley, is seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher to join their dynamic School from September 2024.

The Role

As a Primary School SEND Teacher at our school, you will:
Support diverse learners: Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to the unique needs of our SEND students, ensuring every child can access the curriculum and achieve their potential.
Inspire and motivate students: Use your enthusiasm and creativity to foster a love for learning and build each student’s confidence and independence.
Collaborate with colleagues: Work within a supportive and innovative team, sharing best practices and contributing to the continuous improvement of teaching and learning.
Utilise modern resources: Make use of a range of specialized resources and digital tools to create an inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
Commit to professional development: Engage in ongoing CPD opportunities to stay updated with the latest educational strategies and advancements in SEND education.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • A current DBS on the update service or happy to get one through us
  • A strong passion for SEND
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
