Job Title: Autism – Teaching Assistant

Location: Brighton

Salary: minimum £84 per day

Contract: Monday – Friday 8.30-3.30 (Term Time Only)

• Provide individualised support to students with autism, assisting with academic, social, and behavioral needs.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to implement tailored strategies and interventions.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported.
• Support students in developing essential life skills and self-regulation strategies.
• Monitor student progress and provide regular updates to relevant members of the team.
• Assist with the implementation of behavior intervention plans and positive behavior support
