Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to represent Pink Tile Agency as a Full-Time Primary Teacher. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the children’s learning and development and managing the classroom effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons across various subjects.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to academic and personal growth.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and instructional strategies.
Maintain communication with parents/guardians regarding student performance and progress.
Adapting teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
Collaborating with colleagues to maintain a cohesive and supportive educational atmosphere.

Qualifications and Experience:

A minimum of 1 year of experience working with young people is essential.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is not required, but a relevant educational background is preferred.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students effectively.
