The Role:
As an Inspirational Teaching Assistant, you will:
Empower Through Support: Work closely with SEMH students on a one-to-one or small-group basis, providing unwavering support to overcome barriers and build confidence.
Be a Positive Influence: Infuse positivity into the learning environment by implementing creative strategies that inspire students to embrace challenges and celebrate successes.
Cultivate Life Skills: Assist in delivering tailored programs that focus on developing essential life skills, empowering students to navigate the complexities of the world around them.
