👨‍🏫 Role: We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated English Teacher to join our team on a full-time basis, with the start date from September 2024 (but earlier start dates can be considered). The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons to students across different age groups and abilities, promoting a love for English and helping students achieve their full potential.

🔍 Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is desired but not essential
• Experience teaching English at the secondary level
• Ability to effectively manage challenging behavior in the classroom
• Enhanced DBS check and up-to-date safeguarding training (mandatory)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to continuous professional development

💰 Pay: The salary for this position will be on the Main Pay Scale (MPS) or Upper Pay Scale (UPS) from day one, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
