Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to represent Pink Tile Agency as a Full-Time General Cover Teacher. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining continuity in the absence of regular classroom teachers, ensuring that the learning experience for students remains engaging and productive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering pre-prepared lessons across various subjects and year groups.
• Managing the classroom environment effectively.
• Adapting teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience working with young people is essential.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is not required, but a relevant educational background is preferred.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students effectively.
