Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering engaging lessons across various subjects in line with the National Curriculum.
  • Adapting to different classroom environments and year groups.
  • Maintaining a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
  • Managing classroom behaviour effectively in accordance with school policies.
  • Providing constructive feedback to students and supporting their academic progress.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching in primary or secondary schools (flexibility to teach across both is advantageous).
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and requirements.
  • Enthusiasm, reliability, and a commitment to educational excellence.
