Position: Compliance Manager
Location: Brighton & Hove
Working Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30
Salary: £24’000-£28’000 (based on experience)

Role Overview: As our Compliance Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our candidates meet all compliance standards. Your main responsibilities will include guiding candidates through the compliance process professionally, staying informed about the latest laws and regulations for safer recruitment and maintaining a high level of organisation and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide candidates through the compliance process, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and timely.
• Stay updated on the latest laws and regulations about safer recruitment.
• Maintain meticulous records and ensure all compliance standards are met.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Identify and solve compliance-related issues efficiently.
• Support the recruitment team with compliance queries and updates.
