Job Title: Primary Supply Teacher

Location: Various Primary Schools (Flexible Locations)

Salary: Day to day – £120-£145 / long-term placements – paid to scale!

As we strive to meet the diverse needs of our students, we are seeking enthusiastic Primary Supply Teachers to join our team on a flexible basis.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and dynamic lessons across a range of subjects to primary school students, fostering their academic growth and development.
  • Adapt teaching strategies and resources to accommodate the varying learning needs and abilities of students, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility for all.
  • Establish a positive and supportive classroom environment where students feel valued, respected, and encouraged to participate actively in their learning.
  • Collaborate with school staff to maintain continuity in learning and uphold the school’s educational objectives and standards during your temporary assignments.
  • Provide constructive feedback and assessment to students to support their progress and achievement in line with curriculum requirements.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in responding to the unique needs and dynamics of each classroom and school environment.
 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
  • Experience teaching primary school students, with a strong understanding of the primary curriculum and pedagogical approaches.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate young learners.
  • Adaptability and resilience, with the ability to thrive in diverse teaching environments and handle the challenges of temporary assignments.
  • Commitment to upholding high standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all aspects of teaching practice.
