Job Title: Primary Supply Teacher

Location: Various Primary Schools across Chichester Area (Flexible Locations)

Salary: Day to day – £120-£145 / long-term placements – paid to scale! 

Contract: Ad-hoc Monday – Friday 8.30-3.30 (term time only)

We are looking for Primary Teachers of all experience to join our team and help us support these schools for when they need supply. Whether you are looking for a long-term supply role, ad-hoc day-to-day supply to fit around your other commitments, a consistent few days a week, or to just dip in and out of education then this is the role you!

Working amongst a network of schools you will become a part of their family and a familiar face for the children!

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and dynamic lessons across a range of subjects to primary school students, fostering their academic growth and development.
• Adapt teaching strategies and resources to accommodate the varying learning needs and abilities of students, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility for all.
• Establish a positive and supportive classroom environment where students feel valued, respected, and encouraged to participate actively in their learning.
• Collaborate with school staff to maintain continuity in learning and uphold the school’s educational objectives and standards during your temporary assignments.
• Provide constructive feedback and assessment to students to support their progress and achievement in line with curriculum requirements.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in responding to the unique needs and dynamics of each classroom and school environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching primary school students.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate young learners.
• Adaptability and resilience, with the ability to thrive in diverse teaching environments.
• Commitment to upholding high standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all aspects of teaching practice.
