Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is a must.
Experience in teaching Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
Strong classroom management skills with a commitment to creating a positive learning environment.
A passion for delivering engaging and inspiring lessons that cater to a diverse range of learners.
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community.
Deliver high-quality lessons across KS3 and KS4 in line with the national curriculum.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
Plan and implement creative and effective teaching strategies that enhance student engagement.
Contribute to the development of the curriculum and participate in extracurricular activities.
Maintain high expectations for student achievement and behaviour.
