Teaching Assistant – Specialist SEND School (Burgess Hill) – £90 per day

This welcoming and well-run school supports children aged 2-19 with a range of additional needs, from complex sensory processing difficulties to challenging behaviours.
About the Role:
🔹 Hours: 8:45 AM – 4:00 PM (Tuesday finish at 5:00 PM)
🔹 Pay: £90 per day
🔹 Contract: Temp-to-Perm opportunities available
🔹 Location: Accessible via public transport
What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Supporting students with complex sensory needs and challenging behaviour (including potential aggression)
✅ Working in small classes alongside teachers and other support staff
✅ Providing tailored guidance to help students engage and thrive
✅ Creating a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment
