About the Role:

As a Nursery Room Leader, you will:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursery room, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and welcoming environment for all children.

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and development.

• Lead and mentor a team of dedicated nursery staff, providing guidance and support.

• Build strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed of their child’s progress and addressing any concerns.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
