Graduate Teaching Assistant – Primary | Full-Time | Crawley

Are you a recent graduate looking to gain experience in education? Do you have a passion for supporting children with special educational needs (SEN)?

We are seeking a dedicated Graduate Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary team in Crawley. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, offering a pay rate of £84 per day.

The Role:

• Supporting primary-aged children in the classroom
• Assisting with learning activities and interventions
• Providing one-to-one and small group support
• Helping to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment

Requirements:

• A degree or equivalent qualification
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Up-to-date safeguarding training
• At least 6 weeks of experience working with children or young people
• A proactive, patient, and enthusiastic approach to education
