Our welcoming and inclusive primary school is on the lookout for a dedicated and inspiring Primary School Teacher with SEN Experience to join our team.
About the Role:
As a Primary School Teacher with SEN experience, you will:
Design and deliver engaging and inclusive lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of all students, including those with SEN.
Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with SEN, in collaboration with the SENCO and other staff.
Foster a supportive and nurturing classroom environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to achieve their full potential.
Use a variety of teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
Work closely with parents, carers, and external professionals to support the holistic development of students with SEN.
What We’re Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience in primary education.
Proven experience working with children with Special Educational Needs.
A compassionate and patient approach, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs.
A commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with best practices in SEN education.
