We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursery Manager/Room Supervisor to join our team in Crawley. This is an urgent requirement and offers a competitive starting salary of £32,000.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children.

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate educational activities and programmes.

  • Supervise and mentor nursery staff, providing guidance and support.
