We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursery Manager/Room Supervisor to join our team in Crawley. This is an urgent requirement and offers a competitive starting salary of £32,000.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children.
Develop and implement age-appropriate educational activities and programmes.
Supervise and mentor nursery staff, providing guidance and support.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Foster positive relationships with parents and guardians, addressing any concerns and providing regular updates on child progress.
Requirements:
Proven experience in early childhood education and nursery management.
Strong organisational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Relevant qualifications in early years education or childcare.
A passion for early childhood development and a patient, nurturing approach.
