Are you a dynamic and passionate Early Years Practitioner with a Level 3 qualification? Do you have the energy of a toddler on a sugar rush and the patience of a saint? We are looking for an enthusiastic Room Leader or Assistant Nursery Manager to join our vibrant team in East Grinstead.

Your Role:

• Lead a room full of little explorers on their daily adventures.

• Develop and implement creative and engaging educational programmes.

• Provide support and guidance to nursery staff, ensuring a fun and safe learning environment.

• Build strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed of their child’s progress.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain accurate records.
