    • Experience working with children or young people (ideally secondary school age).
    • A DBS on the update service.
    • Up-to-date safeguarding training.

What the Role Involves:
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Provide support to teachers in delivering lessons across a range of subjects.
  • Work closely with students, offering academic and pastoral support to help them reach their full potential.
  • Assist in small group or one-to-one interventions, particularly for students who may need additional help.
  • Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with staff to ensure that the needs of all students are met, including those with SEND or additional challenges.
