A fantastic secondary school in Crawley is seeking a dedicated English Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team from April 2025. Role Details:

  • Position: English Graduate Teaching Assistant / English Intervention Specialist
  • Start Date: April 2025
  • Location: Crawley
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM start
  • Pay Rate: £84 per day
  • Requirements:
    • A degree in English Literature, English Language, or a related subject.
    • Experience working with children or young people (ideally secondary school age).
    • A DBS on the update service.
    • Up-to-date safeguarding training.

What the Role Involves:
As an English Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Deliver targeted intervention support in English, working one-to-one or in small groups to improve reading, writing, and comprehension skills.
  • Assist teachers in delivering engaging English lessons that inspire students to achieve their best.
