Job Title: Learning Support Assistant (Full-Time)

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with social, emotional, and mental health needs, alongside autistic spectrum conditions or characteristics, including ADHD? We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to join our team at an Independent Special School for students aged 11 to 18 years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to students with SEMH, ASC, and ADHD.
• Assist in creating a structured and nurturing learning environment.
• Work closely with teachers to implement individualised learning plans.
• Promote the emotional and social development of students.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous experience working with students with SEMH, ASC, and ADHD is essential.

• Ability to work collaboratively with a dedicated team of educators.
• A valid driving licence is essential due to the remote location of our school.
