Teaching Assistant Vacancy – Full Time (8:30 AM – 3:30 PM), Term Time Only (32.5 hours per week).

These roles are ideal for individuals who have a strong understanding of core subjects and a natural ability to build relationships with pupils of all secondary ages. No formal qualifications are required, but enthusiasm, patience, and resilience are essential.
While experience in roles such as Support Worker, Youth Worker, Mentor, etc can provide transferable skills, we are ultimately looking for people who are the right fit, regardless of background.
Role Overview:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will predominantly support pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities in a mainstream setting. You will play a key role in helping young people develop confidence, independence, and skills for success. A calm and patient approach is vital, particularly when managing challenging behaviours.
