What We’re Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• Experience working with children and young people with SEND.
• A calm and compassionate approach, with the ability to manage challenging situations effectively.
• An enhanced DBS on the update service.
• Up-to-date safeguarding training.

Previous school experience is not required, but a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of young people is essential.
