About the Role

As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Deliver lessons and provide classroom support in the absence of the regular teacher.
• Work with small groups and individual students to enhance their learning.
• Support teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
• Assist in managing classroom behavior and ensuring a positive learning atmosphere.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A DBS on the update service.
• Up-to-date safeguarding training.
• At least 6 weeks of experience working with children and young people, ideally in a secondary school setting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the confidence to deliver lessons.

Pay

This position offers a daily rate of £120 to £130, depending on experience.
