Cover Supervisor – Secondary School in Crawley

Are you confident in managing classrooms and supporting students’ learning? We are seeking a Cover Supervisor to join a thriving secondary school in Crawley on a full-time basis.

About the Role:

• Full-time position starting January 2025
• Pay rate: £115–£120 per day, depending on experience
• Manage and supervise classrooms during teacher absences
• Ensure students remain focused and engaged with pre-set work
• Provide support to students and maintain a positive learning environment

Requirements:

• At least 3 months of classroom experience in the UK
• A DBS on the update service
• Up-to-date safeguarding training
• Strong classroom management skills and a proactive approach
