Full-Time Cover Supervisor (Temporary, £105-£115 per day)
Location: Eastbourne, East Sussex
Duration: Long-Term (5 Days per Week)
Pay: £105 – £115 per day

Role of a Cover Supervisor:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the continuity of students’ learning in the absence of their regular teachers. Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising classes across different subjects and year groups
• Ensuring students remain on task and engaged with pre-set work
• Managing classroom behavior in line with the school’s policies
• Supporting the school’s team in various duties and assisting with classroom activities as required

This role is ideal for individuals with strong classroom management skills, an enthusiasm for working with young people, and a commitment to maintaining a productive learning environment.

Requirements:

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
• Up-to-date safeguarding training
• Previous experience working with young people in an educational or similar setting is desirable but not essential
