We are currently seeking a Teaching Assistant to support our students in both classroom settings and small group interventions.
Role Description:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide tailored support to students with a variety of educational needs.
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Work with small groups or individual students to help them achieve their learning objectives.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
- Help prepare classroom materials and resources.
- Supervise students during breaks or other non-teaching periods as required.
- Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and staff to support student success.
Requirements:
- A current Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
- Up-to-date safeguarding training.
- Experience working with young people, preferably in a school setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and flexible approach to supporting student needs.
Salary Range: £84 – £90 per day (depending on experience and qualifications).
