Do you have the energy, compassion, and resilience to make a difference in the lives of primary-aged children with Special Educational Needs (SEND)?
Location: Worthing
Hours: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, (30-minute lunch) Monday to Friday, Term time only.
Pay: £84–£86 per day, temp to perm contract
Start Date: ASAP
What You’ll Do:
- Support primary-aged children with Autism, ADHD, sensory needs, complex behaviours and more.
- Assist with personal care and daily routines.
- Work within small groups of 5-8 children, sometimes supporting 1:1.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and therapists to meet individual needs.
- Have fun while doing it!

- Personal or professional SEND experience (family or work-based).
- A proactive, hands-on attitude with a passion for helping children thrive.
