We are seeking a dedicated and passionate teacher to join our team, supporting students aged 7–19, including those with special educational needs. This role involves delivering high-quality teaching and learning in a safe, nurturing environment that promotes student growth and achievement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to a range of abilities, including students with additional needs.
- Supervise teaching assistants and work collaboratively with colleagues to create an inclusive curriculum.
- Provide personalised feedback to help students make rapid progress.
- Support the development of literacy, behaviour, and communication skills.
- Use assessments to monitor student progress and identify areas for intervention.
- Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and parents to promote a supportive learning community.
Requirements:
- Experience teaching students, including those with special educational needs.
- Ability to create a stimulating classroom environment that motivates students.
- Strong interpersonal and behaviour management skills.
Hours:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 8:45am – 4:00pm
- Wednesday: 8:45am – 4:30pm
- Friday: 8:45am – 3:30pm
