As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll be a vital part of maintaining smooth and engaging learning experiences when teachers are unavailable.
The Role:
We’re searching for motivated individuals who can:
- Oversee classrooms and guide students through their learning during teacher absences.
- Encourage students to stay focused and complete their assigned work.
- Maintain a calm, organized classroom atmosphere that promotes learning.
- Provide general support to students while fostering a positive and encouraging environment.
- Follow provided lesson plans and ensure continuity in learning.
What You’ll Need:
- A DBS certificate on the update service or be willing to obtain one (this is essential).
- Current safeguarding training.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage groups of students confidently.
- A genuine enthusiasm for education and working with young people.
- Previous experience in schools or working with children is a bonus but not mandatory.
