What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a dedicated individual who can:
- Provide in-class support to students, ensuring they stay engaged and focused.
- Assist with small group or one-on-one interventions to help students who may need extra guidance.
- Promote independence, confidence, and a love of learning among students.
- Work closely with teachers to implement tailored strategies for individual students.
- Help manage classroom behavior and contribute to a positive learning atmosphere.
Essential Requirements
- DBS certificate on the update service (this is essential).
- Up-to-date safeguarding training.
- A caring and patient nature with a passion for supporting young people.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a secondary school setting is preferred but not essential.
