What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for passionate individuals who can:

• Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain engaged and focused on their work.
• Create a calm, positive, and productive learning environment.
• Assist with student learning and help keep them motivated throughout the lesson.
• Follow lesson plans provided by the absent teacher and support students’ progress.
• Manage classroom behavior and maintain an encouraging atmosphere.

Essential Requirements

• DBS certificate on the update service (this is essential).
• Up-to-date safeguarding training.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage groups of students effectively.
• A genuine passion for supporting students’ learning and personal growth.
• Experience working with children or in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
