Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and interactive English lessons, following lesson plans provided by the school.
- Support students in their academic, social, and emotional development.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment for all students.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the school’s ethos and values.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively and in line with school policies.
Requirements
- DBS Check: Must have a valid DBS certificate registered on the Update Service.
- Safeguarding Training: Up-to-date safeguarding training is essential.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students and staff.
- Flexibility, resilience, and a genuine passion for supporting students’ learning.
- Previous experience working with young people in an educational setting is desirable, but not essential.
