Are you passionate about supporting young people in their education? We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Teaching Assistant to join a secondary school in Chichester.

The Role:

• Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
• Providing one-to-one or small group support to students who need additional help.
• Supporting classroom management and ensuring a positive learning environment.
• Helping with administrative tasks and preparing learning materials.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with children or young people in any capacity.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A valid DBS check on the update service.
• Up-to-date safeguarding training.
