Teaching Assistant Role – Earn up to £25,553 FTE!

Are you ready to change lives and build a rewarding career? We’re seeking Teaching Assistants to join our specialist school and college, supporting students aged 5-19 with severe social communication difficulties, complex learning disabilities, and challenging behaviours. You’ll help them access therapy-based education and achieve the greatest possible independence.

  • Role: Teaching Assistant

  • Salary: Up to £25,553 FTE (based on qualifications and experience), plus a £1,000 retention bonus

  • Hours: 36 per week (Mon 08.30-16.00, Tue-Thu 08.30-16.15, Fri 08.30-15.45)

  • Location: Beautiful semi-rural site on the edge of the Surrey Hills

  • Training: Comprehensive training, including safeguarding, autism, and positive behaviour support
