L2 actual pay (inclusive of Local Weighting and SEN allowance): £23,547 – £24,230

What We’re Looking For:
GCSEs (grades 9 to 4) in English & Maths
Flexible, caring, and hardworking attitude
Positive and cheerful disposition
Commitment to full-time work
Experience supporting children with SEN/SEMH
Knowledge of SEN/SEMH, including Autism, ADHD, Trauma, Attachment
Understanding of Trauma Informed Practice
Ability to overcome barriers to learning
Strong communication skills
Advantage: Experience managing challenging behaviours
