Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective English lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
- Encourage a love of reading, writing, and critical thinking in all learners.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance curriculum design and delivery.
- Support the academic and personal development of students in a positive learning environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching English at secondary level.
- A valid Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service.
- Recent Safeguarding Training (completed within the last two years).
- Strong subject knowledge and a commitment to student success.
Salary Range: Main Pay Scale (MPS) / Upper Pay Scale (UPS), dependent on experience and qualifications.
